Check-in: We use a key service. Upon arrival at the apartment, you will be received personally.
They will show you the apartment and take the deposit of € 200,00. If there is no damage and the apartment is swept clean, they will return the deposit. The key service is also available if there are questions or emergencies.
Check-in between 16:00 and 20:30 (other time in consultation)
Check out between 8:00 am and 10:00 am (other time in consultation)
Check-in or check-out between 20:30 and 8:00 (surcharge €25, – cash payment at check-in)
Power consumption: 10 kWh / day is included in the price, if more consumption, the additional costs (at €0,25 / kWh) will be deducted from the deposit.
Down payment: 30% at reservation confirmation, 70% must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival date.
Cancellations: Please be advised that cancellation and/or travel insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. No full or partial refund of the rent paid will follow in case of early departure from the apartment. In case of cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. We will then send you an invoice, which you can use to reclaim the paid amount from your insurance company.
Liability: apartment La Cala is not liable for burglary, theft etc. of your personal belongings, both inside and outside the apartment. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Airport transfer: With Beniconnect.com the transfer is easily arranged. For €9,50 / person you will be brought to La Cala de Finestrat. You can specify the stop of “Hotel Tropic , magic tropical splash water park” that are almost our neighbors
